The Flash Masthead

This masthead was used for three years on a weekly photocopied publication for a San Diego elementary school with a penguin mascot. The previous masthead was cluttered with a lot of information. Aspects were kept, such as “National Blue Ribbon School,” although it became legible large text rather than a blurry seal.
